I used to get a few labels from Ploand a few years back, I found most of the techno to be quite abstract. I'll try to hunt around and find what I have.

OOh yeah - Digital Princezz, has released on Mutter, Mosquito and Semi Automatic and maybe more
Theres been debate as to how much of her releases she wrote (not in terms of sampling, but in terms of working with another producer) but at the end of the day everything released under the name Digital Princezz is wholly or at least partly produced by Maja Pietraszewska who I believe is Polish.

peter sliwinski aka echoplex
Dunno what the score is with it, but certainly Digital Princezz was some kind of collaboration between the 2 of them, someone was putting it about that it was entirely Echoplex's work - I dunno, but either way they are both from Poland and Digital Princezz as a project is well worth checking out.

Poland is an excellent place for techno right now. Some artist's you may wanna look out for are chris da break,Guteg,G-sound,TartaQ.All are very good in my opinion.I have been lucky enough to play there a few times and all i can say is that the crowds are completely ****ing mad for it,ever time garenteed!!If you wanna find out whats going on then www.clubbing.pl is the place to look, although understanding polish helps
