if this is true then im ****in estatic.....voodoo was THE CLUB at the time.....no matter what you were into....the amount of my mates who got converted to techno from goin there is stupid......
and i dont think callin marco bailey a 'lame ponce' is fair.....or constructive!

Look at who's played Voodoo over the years; Claude Young, DJ Bone, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Andrew Weatherall... They're not going to be hiring "funky " techno jocks like Bailey or Redhead!! No danger of seeing a six hour, four deck extravaganza from Fergie at Voodoo!!!
even when they went to ElectroVoodoo, they had bookings like Garnier, Weatherall, Miss Kitten, Rother (live) although he didnt get to play, and the last one was supposed to be Billy Nasty, Terence Fixmer live, but it stopped before it came to that time.
It will be class when its back

Voodoo always had a harder, darker, rougher vibe, and the artists that played there reflected it. I'd personally love to see Landstrumm,Tarrida or Vogel playing there. They'd go down a storm!
