Hiya Y'all...

Im contemplating on investing in a new CD player and i wondered if anyone can give me some advice on the new Pioneer CDJ1000....... if anyone has had any expperience using one or owns one..... what do they think of them????

Ive heard and read absolutely everywhere that they are the bolloz and nothing comes close to it!!!

any info or help much appreciated.

Nice to use, nice effects (Jet :clap: :clap: :clap: ) Zip ( for rewinds or madness) and Wah ( waaaohaaaaaaaaa)

i have 2 cdj 1000's and they are the busniess!!

they dont have effects on them though.......i think the ones with the effects are cdj 100S, they are smaller and u dont have the 'vinyl' feel to them

I love mine to bits....... but i have been really intrested in the new techincs ones they really look the biz.......cant wait to have a go on them

Si - I saw one on Decks.co.uk for £750...... I think HTFR are rip off merchants to be honest mate.. everything the sell is well over priced!!!

Ive used both the technics & the pioneer & imo the pioneer is the better deck for a ' vinyl ' feel plus if a clubs got cdjs there usually pioneers. The Technics still are very good & easy to mix on, plus they look like the bitches tits alongside a pair of silver sl1200's :cool:

Ive also had a play on the Numark cdj with the 12" vinyl on the top, its good as a budget alternative & easy to mix with but just doesnt have the build quality or some of the features that both the Technics & pioneer have.

whatever you do don,t buy one of those bloody technics cd decks their just a load of dogshit a hip hop tool not a mixing deck my mate has just bought one n he,s banging his head against a wall because he love,s my cdj 800,s better than that retchid technic,s!!! the 1000 & the 800 kick ass totally brilliant dj tool would recomend them to anyone :cool:
