Release Information:

Giant & Dwarf celebrate the equivalent of two anniversaries in one blow. On one hand their releases reach double figures in the form of -The 10th Strike- (2x12" Vinyl), and on the other hand the celebrating 1 year of the label's existence. For the anniversary there is naturally also something on offer, which is very special. -The 10th Strike- comes as a double Vinyl to the trade. The first 1000 copies will be strictly limited in the 4colour LP-Cover, with a special poster supplement which you will find here: http://www.giantanddwarf.com/grfx/cover&gad.jpg

But this is not enough, as not only is it the eye that receives something special - also the ears are again rewarded as the sound of -The 10th Strike- is something of a standout. The 8 tracks on the EP have been specially selected, with only the “best” being good enough for the tenth caper. Each track on the EP stands out on its own as a completely reliable floor rocker for the year 2004. The 10th Strike offers all the techno heart could gladly desire, with the fresh latin and samba techno sound (Leo Breanza & Marcelo K2, Roger Burns), tough beats over vocal tracks (Crazy X-Ray vs. Michael Paul), tribal techno (Terry Barcley) up to hard
(Kay Crush, Da Goose) and innovative loop based peak time techno (Audiotechture) all delivering a high quality cross section of the techno sound for the Giant & Dwarf Records stable.

The Giant support this time is no smaller than Predicaments and B-Trax label-boss Justin Berkovi, with a back catalogue of countless releases to look back on highlights with Harthouse, Kne`Deep and Cocoon.

The 10th Strike is an 8-track peak time EP, destined to make the end of this summer become hot once again.
