Mullero is certainly up there, but the king of hard, dark techno for me has to be the one and only Surgeon

i'm probarbly going to get slagged off for saying this but after careful considderation i would have to say its still Hawtin.

Hawtin is the man :notworthy:

one of the few dj's that I would get really excited about seeing.
he doesnt play enough over here, wish atomic jam would book him

i dunno what it is but i always enjoy a dj rush set. i can always anticipate a good set of hard pumping tracks from him and he always delivers.

even though he aint the best technically and his mixing is sometimes a bit off theres something about seeing Rush which stands out from a lot of the djs ive seen. although never really educating, always entertaining!!

oh yeah have seen rush well bang it out. Love how he seems to kick the tunes in at just the right time. Great to watch live.

yeah, was gonna say that before about how he throws the tracks in perfectly and keeps it interesting.
some of them nights he was on down the orbit were some of the best!!his performance down the jam last year also rate in 1 of my best nights ever.

you d/l that set of his from Circuito,Brazil from earlier this year?proper typical rush dirty set, even has a bit of a sing song at the end.

no mate i didn't. Will have a look on soulseek for it. Last time he played orbit he was immense. Every mix was banging and he was just stood there dropping the bass out whacking it in. One of the hardest sets i ever heard :rambo:

i saw rush at the lam a couple of months ago and he was meeeeeeean, a high class selection of banging tunes but he only had one level, proper banging. i like dj's who vary it a bit.
