much cleaner than the "Frank Kvitta - Partystecher EP" but not as generally nasty, imo. Worth a punt though if yer into Leo Laker stuff.

Bad-ass dirty distortion is very, very cool so long as you get quality production provided by the likes of Laurie Immersion @ Curve but muffled low volume slush on flip-flop 100g vinyl does nothing for me and sounds really, really shite on a rig

laker gets worse and worse imo,
i loved his old stuff on tresor and 4x4,
but that´s just pure nonesense techno, too fast, not hard at all :eh:
just my 2cents

Yeah man...
I don't mind Carnage 05, it's alright, but Laker's stuff on Tresor, Jackstar etc is far superior in my opnion...

Yes, the Jackstar one is much better. I like Track 3 here, the others are fairly plain.

Has anyone got a link to some of his sets?

Thought the Jackstar release was very poor as was his work on Ultra Funk. The 4x4 releases are slightly better but probably because they got a touch from Lawrie before they went to press.
Personally, I think that Julian Liberator and Jeff Amadeus are in a different league to Leo Laker when it comes to hard techno.
