Well i'm fair getting to the olympics now :cool:

Track & Field starting now which is always exciting to watch whatever the event & as connor say's the 100m is special although we don't have a cat in hell chance of Gold but i rekon Silver or Bronze is in our reach.


Another off track sport that has got me watching is the boxing, i belive Disco Diva's sister was out in Athens compiting which is pritty wicked if you ask me :cool:

Also the performance of our very own Lancashire lad, Bolton born 17yr olf Amir Kahn :clap: Man this kid's lightning :twisted: on Friday he beat the reighning(sp) European Champion in that weight, a boxer of considerable Experience.

Twas some feat from Amir to win by...i think it was 16 points :shock: which if your not familier with olympic boxing (simply) it's just 4 3min rounds in which each clean punch that lands on
the opponent is awarded with a point so Amir landed 16 more shots than his opponent :cool:
