probably down to the way it was programmed
it was all done on the 909 ( as a master sync) and recorded live ( is my guess) and it's very easy to nudge that tempo knob.....
also all the editing back then was done with a razor blade and tape so none of this " snap to bar" type editing that we do today at home.
it's an oldie for sure
god know how many times it's been remixed , in fact i think there was a new one around not so long ago?

it's a monster though. dropped the krafy kuts remix of it on a croud that had mostly never heard it before and they absolutely went crazy.

The original stakker as always been the best mix for me. When i first started listening to the pirates, the old London Sunrise FM used to rinse it out hard. One of my faves
http://www.re-rave-all.net/parties.html Check 2 BAD MICE playing a rare set in the second arena. It will be an honor to play alongside them.

I have the original on vinyl - and your right it's a bugger to mix - but fat as hell - that acid line cuts through the mix like nobodies business, best just quick in and out stealth mission when you play it

You mean the Snowman mix. It's a great version, second only to the original.
f.uc.k the Plump DJs. :!:

Well i loved it what ever percentage of FSOL was involved (brain douglas)
I even had the vhs single for it. I was hooked on the krafty kuts mix for some time

Great tune.
Thought the plump djs did it justice in their remix.
Original still the best though....

Fantastic track.
Used to love jacking to this back in the day at, of all places, Casanovas in Wakefield.
The DJ there was ace, used to play the original "Chill records" version of Unique 3's 'The Theme" as well before it got picked up by 10 records
