Wouldn't be easier to copy and paste the information from your PM's in to Wordpad and then save them as texts in a folder on your computer.

exactly! it's the most lazy person friendly task you could hope for.

you dont even have to copy/paste. you can drag the selected words from internet explorer or firefox into Word
