"heroes is back for the 1st time in 8 months, due for release in late june 2004 is the remixes of heroes5
heroesx5 features 3 remixes from 3 of the scenes new school heavyweights, dean rodell teams up with label owner glenn wilson and delivers 1 remix, while robert natus and akhira ishihara both deliver 2 solo efforts."
Thats what it says at http://www.gm-multimedia.com/heroes.html
though late june has come and gone but you know what release dates are like - they're always put back when it comes to techno as the just dont sell in the summer

i'd like to see glenn kick out something along the lines of heroes 2 that shit was ill.
the aside on 5 was killer but way too unbalanced.
am i the only person who thought the whole project lost it after heroes 1?

I may be wrong here, but the last Plant Rhythm I recall was from last year, Natus...A Compound from Invexis in March...No Submissions or Template this year at all...Why not? I hate to whinge but I do miss the regular releases of this type of stuff...and there must be some good material waiting to be released???
i still think hero's 1 is the best, if not one of my favorite tracks by glenn (both tracks)

I thought there were good ones after it. Like Liebing's Stigmata series though, there were few surprises.

i thought the whole stigmata series was just one lame remix after another of the same 5 sounds. so clearly this is just a taste thing cuz normally i don't buy wilson records (heard one, heard em all) and somehow i got surprised by Heroes 1.
which probably means that in general i don't pay enough attention to this stuff to have a qualified opinion. a few years ago when glenn was putting out 17 records a week apparently i formed an opinion i'm having a hard time letting go of ;)
