Stuttering effect...

How can this be done in Fruity?! Or in fact in any sequencer. To do it with one sound then thats pretty simple - but using the Slicer.

But is there a way of getting the whole track - or certain effects of the track to stutter ie, kick, hat and snare at the same time.

thanks

You could try these plugs:

SKUTTERBUG

http://device.antisound.net/files/arcdev_skutterbug.exe

sloper

Type: Stutter-Stretch Delay

"Good for Stutter and pseudo Timestretch FX"

http://andreas.smartelectronix.com/index.php?nav=9&p=4&kat=0

dfx bufferoverride

http://destroyfx.smartelectronix.com/

http://dfx.spacebar.org/p/bo2-win.zip

"It makes a lot more sense if you just try it out and hear what it does. It can sound like a stuttery vocoder or a stuck beat shuffler or many other delightful things."

dfx skidder

"Skidder turns your sound on and off. While that may not sound very rewarding, you have a great deal of control over the rate, pulsewidth, on/off slope, panning width, etc. You can also relinquish some control to randomization."
