pitch malforming

recently all the audio i want to load in the cubase change the pitch by like 20 or 30 percent. its really anoying . what can i do to put an end to it?

U probably have a different rate (ex. 44.1 KHz) in the files from Cubase (ex. 48KHz)... if it asks when loading the audio, go... convert and import 2 work folder...

i tryed changing rates but no effect.
and yes, it doesnt ask me should i change sample rate to fit the project rate. where do i thick that option?

i think it's in prefs > audio - the drop down box for on import audio files should say copy and convert or convert if needed i think.... try both...

yep.. also u can go ctrl + p ... opens Audio Pool page.. right click and choose conform files... think that's it anywayz!
