Hi there!
I'm new to this board and would like to say hello
to everybody.
My name is Bastian Storm,
I'm 17 years old and I live in Germany.
I have been producing for about a year now and would be very happy indeed,
if you lot listened to this track i've made.
I would really appreciate any feedback, be it positive or negative,
related to the arrangment and/or the engineering aspect (i.e. eqing etc.).
Please give it a shot, http://www.schranzbunny.de/bastian_storm-timetrial.mp3

yeah man! hard as you like!
the only critisism i could give is the kick is a bit over powering and maybe too much use of compression?
love the edits. seriously love this track man. sounds a little bit muddy in terms of eq but that may be the mp3.
class tune mate. keep it up.

Production was good for someone so young.
But just run of the mill schranze in terms of composition and sounds.
nice track, sounds good, maybe it needs a little improvement on hi freq.
well done, cheers

It sounds good man for sure. I think that your edits are extremely on point. With a bit more time you're really going to be an excellent producer. It gets a bit loopy at time, but I'd play this

I checked this one yesterday at home.. EQ wise its not bad at all.
As far as the track goes I will have to agree with Steve in that, it's pretty ordinary in terms of sounds... even a bit dated at times.
The really buzzy saw sound can be pretty monotonous... play with it a bit :)

Believe me, he's done some far more melodic stuff as well
Really like the production & most of the sounds used. I'm amazed you've reached this standard after only a year. As a 'song' the track doesn't really do much for me though, would be nice to hear more variation in the groove, currently the only real deviation seems to be in the breaks.

Sounds like a lot of premade loops to me on a second listen.

@dirty bass: I am quite shure he doesn't use a great amount (or any) loops
at all. He's told me that himself and I have some fruity loop projects from him, that do not contain any loops.
He might want to answer to this topic himself, so give him the chance to reply.
He ist most definitely non of the loop-heads fur sure.
Bastian, please reply....

ok, it`s just that the construction seems very loop based.
Still good for a 17 year old though

he built up this track himself.
he isn´t somebody who need loops to create his tracks, i think.
he is just 17 but he created a lot of good tracks.
i dont think that he used some loops.
