first of all have to say, i'm not too keen on detroit stuff, but i respect it much/. As i see Elektrabel's production (he lives in Czech, aswell) i'm not surprised, that he's the one who was hired by JeffMills to do an album on such a cult label Axis.. really BIG up ELEKTRABEL.........

Well, I think it's good that Mills is still interested in releasing harder edged stuff, and has the grace to step aside and let others enter the fold. It is *very* Mills-ey alright but still nice stuff at the same time... Haven't got this yet, but liked the one sided 12" by Elektrabel with "Crocks" on it. The next one on 6277 by Sub Space is worth checking too.

Ive got the Sub space, arrived yesterday (although didnt get chance to listen again)
good stuff. and sounds a hell of a lot like mills.
but that claim mills made way back when about only signing artists to this label when he "couldn't figure out how they did it".... pffft.
