i actually fixed mine, dont know how though, just took it apart and then back together again and it worked ??

but i'm still looking for a couple as back up in case i drop it again.

I have a SCSI one, by the way, an old IOMEGA thingy. Think it's scsi, anyway, used to use it with my S3000XL.

Any good ?

oh yes, that sounds like the job, i think akai samplers use scsi my s2000 was any way

£20 plus postage if you're after it, paid £100 back in the day....

I've got no use for it so it might as well be used by somebody :-)

i was going to suggest that, they seem to be going for around that money

i saw a s2000 with 32meg of memeory extra outs and a zip drive for £85 on the sound on sound website.......what would have that cost you back in the day!!!!!

find out how much p&p is to belfast for me and pm me your details and i will pop a cheque in the post

Aye, it's ripping :-( I paid like £1200 or something for the akai back in the day.
