Just again listening to a couple of records from these two fellas.

My sis popped over for a cuppa and started dancing around to the spiros tracks from his new label Omega. Really good solid techno I reckon, quite accessable and certainly very easy to get into.

Obviously this is very sort've Hades/Bailey/Redhead in sound, but there hasn't been much of this been released type released lately...I think. Bailey/Redhead etc etc haven't been releasing that much and maybe that's why I've, well not forgotten, missed buying it.

This music does a great job bridging gaps in sets, nice to start with and also handy to play with less bass driven music as well.

Got the Spiros release on Rhythm Convert. It is very accessable stuff but good all the same, good club party techno, fcuk all wrong with that. Quite like the stuff on Omega aswell.

Solid stuff, techno needs stuff like this because it appeals to djs from other genres which imo is never a bad thing.

No, everytime I post I use the word fu*k or another swear word, and everytime I forget about the censor on this forum that changes it to 'fairy knob goggles'

Loopy...Absolutely without doubt. Done well though, playing with them too can take away the loopy feel during a set.
