If there are good new sounds flaoting out there then even more new sounds will be introduced into the new materials coming out. Hmm, I'd say start with the no-kick series. Do you have those yet?? That is essential to techno production. Also the techno trance essentials disc as well. Both have tons of good loops, but many have already been used to death in the techno trance essentials pack.

Another very good one would be UBERSCHALL HARD and LOUD TECHNO. Quite a fine library.
