Anyone that caught Fenton at refresh last March won't want to miss this one!
Can't enthuse enough over how good he was last time he was up.
Since the launch of his label Advanced, and his residency at Atomic Jam, Ade Fenton has quickly emerged as one of UK techno's most exciting DJ's and most in demand producer's and remixer's.
In September 1998, Ade released his first single on Advanced. 'Coded', a brutal slab of harsh tech-funk, received a response from press and DJ's exceeding all expectations. This was quickly followed by the second release 'Immortal', and a remix by the Space DJ'z confirmed the label's status and gained many followers as a result.
As the label's sound began to mature, Ade's DJ schedule became increasingly busy, and in June 1999 he took up a residency at England's biggest techno club, the legendary Atomic Jam, and continued to unleash his blistering 'cut up' DJ'ing style, reflected in much of his material, at techno clubs throughout Europe, Africa, Australasia and Asia.
The release of the epic 'Perverter EP' on Ben Long's highly regarded label Potential saw Ade's profile rise further still, and EP's on Audio & Ground soon followed, along with remixes for Materials, Potential and Red Seal.
As well as releasing his own material on Advanced, the label has also seen releases from Ade's peers including Space Dj'z, Umek and Chris McCormack.
In June 2001, Ade undertook a major tour of Australia and Asia and played exclusively alongside Dave Clarke on a number of dates as part of DC's ' World Service' tour.
EP's on Wet Musik, Advanced and the long awaited 'Perverter 2' on Potential are set to be released throughout 2001, as well as a host of projects including remixes for Potential, Audio, Planet Rhythm, Punish and Materials. Ade is also currently writing his debut album for release in early 2002. In the meantime he continues to leave dancefloors breathless with his performances across the globe.
