How do I install DirectX 9 on a Standalone PC?

Howdy

It seems that Directx 9.0C can only be installed via 'websetup' from the Microsoft site and not downloaded. :evil:

The problem is that my music pc never goes near the web for obvious reasons but now i need to reinstall directx! I need the full install file. :?:
