i cant speak of this year, cos i stopped buying vinyl, but as long as i did, i always remember the lack of solid techno in the summer months. or the tone gettin lighter.
anyone else recognised this ?
not saying tis good or bad, jus an observation.
anyone guilty of falling foul of the summer vibe & gettin the samba samples out again ?

techno always dries up in summer, due to the fact that so do record dales.
August is a dead month, and everyone in the biz knows this.
Everyone on holiday, less money kicking about, and all the jocks are playing the med etc.
