I have just installed Cubase SX on Windows XP and its working fine.

I install Reaktor, when I go to open it it gives me an error saying missing the file: WKWIN32.dll ???

I install Battery, when I go to open it it gives me an error saying missing the file: NIASIO.dll ???

I dont understand how this is possible as I just reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows XP Professional and I get such a problem like this? What coult it be? Any ideas?

Appreciate it, thanks.

yes! you probably have 2 VSTplugins folder. make sure all of the .dlls are in the correct vstplugin folder, that one SX searches on start up.
u ll find out which one is the right one by just simply copy/cutting.

Battery is working fine now, but Reaktor 4 is still giving me trouble after installation. I am stillgetting the error saying missing the file:

WKWIN32.dll

I have XP Pro, I even tried it on my brothers XP Home and the exact error comes up. Could it be the setup file is corrupt, doesnt look it as it installs successfully with no problem though. I have also tried reformatting and still the same. Or should I just **** it off and use something else hehe :P~

Hope someone can help, MAC would be nice if I had the dough ;)

Mark: I just tried to search for the file on my HD then and no doesnt find it :? What you think? Might even be my XP cd the problem or no way?

DJ ZeMigL: I think I might just try to get a hold of another copy and see where it takes me I guess.

I will try reformatting aswell, thanks again guys. If there is any other help then please let me know, thanks again.
