Although the sending off was rather harsh. Stupid Sven never should have risked Sol though, especially with Cole already out, now half our defence has been injured on England duty, makes me wonder why that should be.... yeah but come on, the players are supposed to be proffessional, they should be up for any match at any time, and lately they haven't been.

i know alot of people bang on about sven not shouting and swearing at them, but different managers have different styles, and if a player can only get himself up for a game by having a manager shout at him, then somethings wrong with that player.

also, steve mclaren seems to do his bit of shouting, so i still dont blame sven one bit, he does make some odd choices at times, especially when he decides to change from 4-4-2, but apart from that, i haven't got anything against him

The timing of international games can be stupid though, just as you're getting into the season with your club you're interupted by international games. Plus compared to playing in the finals, especially the knock out stages, the qualifiers seem relatively unimportant, you can always make up for a bad game or two... But at the end of the day it's the managers job to motivate them, that and sort the tactics and Sven doesn't seem very good at all at either.

We SHOULD have no problem Wednesday against Poland, dont forget we beat them 2-1 away, but then again we SHOULD have beaten NI and we SHOULD have put 5 past Austria, who to be honest were Very Poor.

the thing with our players, is they seem to try harder in the main competitions, we always have nightmare matches in qualifiers, and then we always seem to play a bit better when it comes to the tournaments

Am i jealous he plays for Liverpool? yes hell ****ing yes,id give anything for a player like that at Boro.Am i bothered he wont play the next game for England hell ****ing no as he just doesn't perform enough,not his fault,he just needs a holding player to get the best out of him.For the better of the team they are gonna have to decide between him and Lampard,shit as **** but what will have to happen.
