I think he is amazing, and it is a shame I don't think much of the newer genration people know of his material.
Seen him play limelight and it was one of the best nights of my life. Even had sex in the bathroom of the place that night.
only seen him the once at Creamfields many years ago but from what I remember he was pretty class.

that best of album was the feature in my car this weekend. it's amazing. all the classics are on cd 1 - 'like this', 'take a shot' -whaaaaat a track!!!!! and so many more. then cd two just blows you away - remixes of about 3 or 4 of the tracks off his last album - and it's a great feeling listening to them all on a cd like this.
dj hell iis sooooo cool. one of my fave artists ever. everyone should own a gigolos album :notworthy:

The slow acid remix of Let no Man Jack would have to be the Abe Duque remix yeah? Tis pretty cool....
He's one of those dj's that plays records you wouldn't dare playing. I've heard him at fuse once, he played everything from disco to electro to techno with the odd rare classic here and there. Really got the crowd going. Respect to Helmut
Hell is playing at fabric in london on the 12th November with Kiko, the Hacker<live> and Crossover<live>.
Gigolo records night.

'This is the Green Goblin" ha ha ha ha yeah..let no man jack. Fun stuff by Abe working it.
Hell has a furious music side though that hasn't shown in awhile. His cut with Richard Bartz from 92'?? on the pink vinyl..Der Volke?? Don't know my german I guess. It's on DiskoB. Badass cutting synth stab around 155bpm that starts out with nasty dripping water synth sounds. My poor copy is beatup.
DJ Hell is indeed awesome and indeed anybody complaining about being bored of "loop-based techno" should take a listen and be enlightened. Gigolo is an awesome label for variety and I'm also loving stuff on "Musik For Dancefloors", T. Raumschmiere's Shitkatapult offshoot.
