Liverpool looked more balanced all of a sudden, Risse is back to his best position at Left back in a 4-4-2 formation. Gerrard although not his best position is still a quality player on the Right Midfield and Sissoko in the midfield is allowing Alonso to have more inpact on the game. Good week for Liverpool, maybe they have turned the corner.

Not sure about the penalty though, looked like both players were pushing each other although the villa player did fall on top of Crouch.

Yep played well in the second half, cisse agreebly missed a sitter, but, but gudjohnsens was worse.. And as that was his only chance, as benitez stuck him on the wing 20 mins in, i dont reckon he he should be slated...
