Another tough fixture tonight, the boyz are gonna have to put in another good performance, victory is a must. Gaz Nev is returning so the back-four should be a little more steady and we may have a little more service from the right with his forward runs. Diego isn't going to be playing which is sort of a relief, but as long as we stay tight and perform to our ability three points shouldn't be a problem. I hope Ruud is given the captaincy again, give him another chance to lead by example and hopefully bag a couple of goals...
C'mon Utd!!

I can't wait to watch Riquelme again, he will be the best player on the pitch tonight and the one player Utd need to keep quiet.
He's injured along with all Villarreal's other top players isn't he? Which is a shame... Still probably won't be easy, but you never know...

Gutted, would of been good to see Rooney and Riquelme strut their stuff again after the England game.
Think Utd should win tonight then if Riquelme isn't playing.
Would have been good to see United given a lesson in football! Not that I'll be watching it, hopefully I'll be watching as many youngsters as possible beating Thun.

no way as much as will tho man , i have respect for teams bar arsenal
Haha, so you hate Arsenal as much or more than I hate Man U so you can't talk!
And it was hardly a rant anyway, I just reckon it'll probably be a draw. But as Trax said, hopefully you'll get twatted and knocked out!

yeh i hope we get knocked out tbh
Why on earth do you hope that? I suppose abject failure could bring about change, but seems a bit drastic...

well see it from this point of view .....
with regards to the team i and most utd fans what a clear out now the only was this will happen is in failure also it will make was for new players to come in and take over ... now deep down i want to win the CL and prem but i know it wont happen ..not while this squad of players is togeather ......i know if we went out tonite it wouldnt cost fergie his job now would it if he didnt win anythink thats been made clear by them yanks ...but things do need to be changed at utd and fast , it wont drop as bad a liverpool have but if done right it will rebuild quite quick the club has the capability of doin it ...
2-0 win tonite anyway rooney and ruud

I could have told you that! Though Donkey should just be sent to the glue factory I reckon! Rooney seems to be playing well lately though, from what I've seen - he should be saving it for the world cup!

F**k that...
Rooney should relaise that it's Utd that butter his bread, not England...
I couldn't give a f**k about International football...

Utd played some good football against Villareal but just couldn't put one away, we were unlucky...
Utd will still qualify...
