Yamaha 01X Clearout

I am finally ready to by a yamaha digital desk and the 01x is about to be discontinued. The price is about AUD$1000 ($450 GBP) which is rediculously cheap. Does anyone know whether yamaha has issued a final fix for the mLan CPU spikes experienced with XP? If so did it work? I have checked the yamaha sites and 01x sites and nothing seems to be conclusive

Any help from an 01x owner would be greatly appreciated
