repair flp

Does anyone have the file that will repair FLP files? I am told there is one posted on there forum, but you have to be registered as a product user in order to get on there.

Can someone per chance see if they can locate this file? I would appreciate it greatly.

hi!

i do not know if there is a tool. i heard you can upload it to their ftp or sth. - if you are registered that is.

another thing i heard is that you can try and use

a) reset fruity loops from the command menu (resetting fruity),
this is an official advice someone got.

"go to the fruity folder in your windows start menu, then choose the reset option."

b) send the file to someone and by chance he can open it and re-save and send it back.

You're probably trying to open the file in FL5 which is not backwards compatable with version 4.x. Nice one Image Line :(
