I'm after trying to make some fat honky tonk piano / organ type sounds (like some of the old planetary assault systems stuff)...anyone got any good advice on where to start with these?

Synth or sample cd recommendations would be great...thx

Just a thought, but what about taking some of your own samples from artists like Scott Joplin. Otherwise there is the evp73 rhodes piano plugin (might have a link for this) and the Native instruments B1 for the hammond organ sound.
