We have invited back one of the finest djs on the planet. D.A.V.E. The Drummer (Hydraulix, Apex, Stay Up Forever) rocked our last party so hard that it would be an injustice to not bring him back. When it comes to party-time techno, there are few that can bring it like him. His juices have been flowing with excellent releases on his Hydraulix label in addition to a big remix on Beat Disaster and numerous productions on the way. This is one dj that gives you something great each time he hits the decks.
Atomic Hooligan (Menu Music, Botchit & Scarper) is a familiar face in the Orange Room and with good reason. He is one of the most entertaining djs in the breakbeat world. A busy touring schedule and big releases always up the pipe have only added to the inspiration in his always spot on and corking sets! He tells us that this party gives him the opportunity to play some of the harder breaks he might not normally play so expect a very fresh set from the Hooligan!
We are quite happy to bring back some of the finest from our past parties in Jelo (who has a new Live @ System CD at 2 The Beat!), Adam Green, Lee Osborne, Red Turtle as well as the combined powers of Opel and Xofer as Station. This time around we get to see Kick take the stage for a 2 The Beat party for the first time since she took that 9 month hiatus from drinking. Also featured in the gallery are FLIM and JC Walker. Two of the nicest guys in Toronto Techno and can be found throwing free techno parties in various places during the summer. D-Monic will wage breakbeat in the Orange Room since that is what he does.
