Windows Xp proplem

Sorry this has got nothing to do with music but on my new windows machine(XP) I keep getting pop ups from a website called byebyeadds.com it's not an internet explorer pop up its more like an error message. I think it is something that was pre installed on the PC before I bought it. I bought the PC from Euro PC has anyone else had this problem? This is doing my head in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

get a program called lavasoft adaware. it's free (do a search). let it do it's thing and i'm sure you've find all sorts of spyware things on your comp. tick them delete the spyware things. a good thing to do is put the keyword of the thing it finds into google and see if it is a spyware prog. if so - delete it!!!

delete all cookies and oh and just make sure everything is looking right in your ie internet options.

I always run adaware at least once a week. Cant stand having any spyware and adware on my comp.

Another thing someone at work has just told me about is SpyBot, apparently it gets all the things that ad aware misses.
