just wondering if anyone has any good online resources for latin percussion.
I'm looking for theory on arrangements for traditional latin drumming. Salsa, samba etc. preferably not too long winded.

I havn't got any links but there is a drumming for dummies I found the other day which has a great explanation at the front.

It's pretty simple, the top bar is left hand bottom is right and the notes represent different drums and or hits (palm, fingers etc.)
If no one has any links I'll get a copy of the book and get back to you....

I found this. it's a bit crappy and hand drumming is different. but it is the best I could come up with.
