For three years, Vagisness has been providing cutting-edge underground music and parties for the Bristol club scene, we’ve all had some really great times but… all good things must come to an end…

The Vagisness team have had a fantastic few years, but it’s time to quit while we’re ahead, giving each of the team member’s time to concentrate on some exciting new projects.

So we’re saying goodbye with one last huge party with one of the DJs who has had the biggest influence on the night, the punters and us: Valentino Kanzyani. In the two years since his last visit to Bristol; Valentino as one of the premier league of trans-global Deejays, following high profile releases and remixes and a DJ mix CD on Carl Cox’s Intec label.

Our second guest, Alex Smoke, the wonder kid producer from Glasgow is currently touring for his second album ‘Paradolia’ (released on Soma in March) and is the perfect choice of guest to show our commitment to new talent. His live show is a breathtaking mix of techno with atmosphere and soul. This is an official tour date and can’t be missed – we certainly can’t wait.

Room 2 is a collaboration between the crème de la crème of Bristol’s underground club scene. All of whom we are grateful to for their contribution to the scene and for making it what it is. We would also like to thank them for helping us (past and present), believing in the night and for being part of the last one!

Vayge (the Vagisness sister night) was set-up to support up-and-coming artists and residents, whilst also pushing a broader musical policy. Vayge will continue to run with residents Gareth Watkins & Mike Bull and will shortly be taking up residence in a new venue.

Finally thank you to everyone has been along for the ride and been a part of something special.
