I reckon we should play a similar formation to Chelsea, with Carrick or King giving Lampard and Gerrard license to get forward and not worry about defending so much, just a shame we won't drop Beckham for Lennon say... Or if Owen's fit, which I got the impression he might be saying he'd heard from other players it was normal to feel pain after, then I'd play Cole behind Owen and Downing on the left.

If Owen isn't fit though I'd be tempted to play Beattie over Crouch as the target man, he's just not mobile enough, though I'm sure he'd cause problems as a sub or something.

My Favourites are still Brazil, too much quality.

It will be Interesting to see who he replaces Rooney with but Sven will always play 4-4-2. I expect Crouch will come in. Although that is a good point about bringing Carrick in for the 4-5-1 like Chelsea although Owen has never played well on his own up front.
