Suprise suprise eh ?

In all seriousness though 1600 Liverpool fans are going to miss the final as the FA will not re-issue the tickets, in fact i think they have taken police advise & it's the rozzers themselves who have said that their won't be no replacement tickets.

That's ****in awful

I'm more suprised the tickets were in liverpool, unless that is where they were printed, as everyone knows no shite fans actually live in liverpool.

They'll no doubt be sold though, so if they reissue them they'll have 1600 fans with tickets too many and they'll all be authentic, plus it'd be a bastard to sell spares if people have to watch out for the stolen ones, I mean even if they were sold at face value it'd be a profit to the people who stole them...

So I don't see how they could be re-issued really! Unless they told all the fans to get there by a certain time and then any spare seats would be sold to fans on the day who had no tickets, but that wouldn't be very good...

Hmmm, just read the article, do they scan the tickets to get through the turnstiles or something? I don't see how they can expect the stewards to check all the serial numbers otherwise... I suppose if they're all in one section and there's no others in that section they could chuck people out, but if 1600 have to be chucked out it won't be so easy...

But if they can police it they should re-issue the tickets, load of bollocks either way.
