13.3inch screen and you can pick em up for 740... thats with the intel core duo as well.

Sata drives still, the only downside is 64mb of shared Vram.. hmmm

no super drive on the cheapest one as well... but TBH you can pick up standalone DVD burners that WEE all over the superdrives and are 1/3 the price.

And i just bought the MACbook pro...

F U C Kers!!!!! apple are twats... I might just chuck in the towel and send the pro back and get the cheaper one...makes sense, the only diference would be a smaller screen (by 2inches) and less video ram, but seeing as im not that bothered about VJ stuff it wont matter.

I just got an email from Apple saying that as i had ordered the macbook pro 1.83ghz and the 2ghz as standard has now come out, then they are upgrading me to 2ghz for free... but this is only because it hasnt shipped yet...

Nice one... EXCEPT IM IN THE MIDDLE OF A ****ING PROJECT and they said it had already been ****ing shipped!!!!!

i just seen the new mac book pro's in black... i want 1! might have to accidently lose my mac again :lol:as far as i can tell, the new ones are like a new ibook, where as the macbook pro is a powerbook replacement.

I wouldn't expect the ibook replacements to be that great and running more than 15 tracks with a few plug ins on each. But they do look nice

ANYWAY, I'm getting a macbook on monday, rather than machinedrum, and I dont know which model to get. I can afford the 2ghz, but im beginning to wonder if the extra 117mhz is even worth the extra $150.
