Its a shame as he is a quality player, every time he started to play well for Liverpool he got injured and with Crouch in the side it was difficult to fit him in.

wonder if he would of been a different story if he came to us the year he was on-loan.

It wouldnt of been any different when he come over. Just wasnt up to the speed of play in the premiership. Lets hope whoever he gets in next is actually gonna bang goals in for us. Our recent track record on strikers is FUKIN AWFUL!!!!

I suppose it's improving ever so slightly and very slowly though! Crouch and Fowler seem a slight improvement on the other 2 and you got rid of Baros as well... Who would be slightly better than Crouch and Fowler I wonder, that's probably who you'll sign and you'll probably be slightly improving your forward line each year as long as Rafa is there.

Mind you, I half wish we were clearing out some of our strikers, keep Henry and Walcott of course, but the rest have flattered to deceive a bit...

And Van Persie! Maybe they both deserve more time, but I'm not sure Van Persie's going to last at least, reckon he might be moved on in a year or two. Although Walcott can play on the wings as well, so technically we could have 4 strikers as well as him! Not to mention Reyes. Then there's our youth team strikers, I reckon Aliadiere's time is just about up, Lupoli seems a bit light weight at the moment, but Bendter could be good...

And it's Adebayor by the way! It's funny really, we have 2 players at least in every potition of a reasonable quality, but it doesn't seem enough! Especially with the injuries we had last season...
