well theres a lot of stereo going on. everything seems to be apart.. very hard to comment as im not exactly sure where you're going with it. have you started the mix? or is this pruely getting ideas together? i dont like the cymbal sound at all. i do like the weird pulsing low key.
keep us posted as its to hard to critique at this early stage.

thanks for feedback mr tech. yeah your right its just a few ideas i was trying out............
ime not too sure what you mean by lots of stereo, please explain also you got any tips on how to make interesting percussion parts because i know what u mean about the ride cymbal. very ordinary :lol:

by a lot of stereo i mean that everything seems very wide. theres no central aspect.
try using 909 samples or something similiar for your percussion. something with a hard edge. that ride just sounds week.
