We are back!!! After a short break for July where we took Sequence over to Superconductor as part of their fifth birthday celebrations we return to The Attic with a heavyweight lineup.
Chris Clark has been slamming his mix of glitch, found sounds, decimated loops and arpeggiated synths to discerning dancefloors across on the globe since being signed up by the mighty Warp Records in 2001. A recent UK tour supporting 65 Days of Static took his time-stretched, cut-up madness to the next level, securing his reputation as an extremely talented producer in the scene. He is now gearing up to drop ‘Body Riddle’, his third album for the label and promised to be his finest work yet. This will be Chris’s debut headlining slot in Manchester.
SCSI-AV man-machine Daz Quayle needs no introductions. He has recorded both individually and with production partner Carl Finlow under the names of ‘Black Labs’, ‘Holloware Squad’, ‘Il-ek-tro’ and ‘Scarletron’, most recently putting out material on Andrea Parker’s ‘Touchin’ Bass’ imprint. Daz is one of the finest Djs around, destroying dancefloors wherever he goes with his trademark blend of menacing techno and darkside electro and is currently resident Dj at the massive Leeds techno night, Superconductor.
Support on the night comes from P45, the main man behind the excellent Room 237 clubnight in Leeds plus the usual audio weaponry from residents Computer Controlled Djs and Mark Turner.
