Grrr... I hate Flash.
It's the most godawful thing to happen to the web ever.
SOme of the most woefully unusable sites in existance have come about because of Flash.
Plus, it implicitly limits your audience... for example, my company offers an "in-house" build of Firefox which comes without the Flash plugin - and until my Administrator Privileges request comes through I can't install it - (Though I tend to run the FlashBlock plugin anyway) - so I'd have to open IE especially to use any site with Flash.
Totally crap.
Please, for the sake of web usability if not me - dump Flash.
There is nothing you can do in Flash that you can't do in DHTML.

to be honest ive had a few pointers of someone down the pub about basic web design (using tables and stuff) and ime quite happy with my site at the moment altho i would like a fancy flash intro or menu or something :lol:
