a friend of mine bought volume 1 and hooked me up with some samples, they're good and phat sounding kicks, but i don't think its worth paying 5 bucks for, you can make your own kicks with basic 909 & 808 samples

was bored and ended up getting bought of the series, all together 50 kicks.
it's def. bass heavy kicks so you get what you pay for..

drop them into battery or favorite sampler and your off..

not that i can exactly state that the price is step, but would've not minded a couple more kicks for the price..
