I used to live in Chicago and the last couple times I saw him he played house. I have heard that he plays hard techno/acid when contracted to but is mellowing in his tastes with age.

I think you're nuts. :) You must be talking about Regis. :) Surgeon plays some housey/clubby stuff from time to time, but thats because he understands there is more to life than doom and gloom techno with dark pads and sampled liasons dangereuse drums.

yeah the link to richard devine is not working...

i would like to hear it as i went to see him live in 2001/2 (cant remember) and it was ace.

all of his tracks released have been pretty much shite though, so the live and the produced for me are miles apart...

anyway, a link up would be good to check out what he is up to nowadays...
