Hello,

I was curious if anybody has any suggestions for a really solid, rugged, laptop bag for gigging, or any resources for browsing such items?

I'm ideally looking for something backpack style that could fit a laptop, a couple of controllers, and a handful of cables and other small miscellaneous items.

My primary concerns are twofold. One is that it be rugged, protective, and secure, and two, that it doesn't scream "Hi, I'm a laptop computer!"

Any and all suggestions and resources are appreciated.

Spanks in advance!

d

hey, me and chrissi got the m-audio ones. very cool - with loads of pockets and very practical. they don't look anything like laptop bags. can be a bit clumsy when dragging it around at airports due to it's shape but something has to give somewhere i suppose hehe

I've bought a backpack for my laptop, simply because of the fact that it looks like a real backpack instead of a laptopbag (saves you from getting mugged). There's plenty storage available, I put all my computercables, audiocables, interface and my efx-500 in there as well.

It can be found here:
