What derogatory names have your missuses/guvnors/flatmates come up with for the time you spend in your studio? My girlfriends have variously called it boys club, the wank room and the fun game, lets hear some more

we call it "he's making music"

obviously there's a few visits a week to the hospital with broken ribs, split sides etc etc, but i wouldnt be an artist without sacrifice

She doesn't call it anything in particular. Maybe that's because my 'studio' is located in the kitchen... :)

my spare room is called the sweat box
cos u can only fit 3 people in there comfortably by we usually end up with about 6 and it usually in the night so we cant open the windows
