can't say it does, where is your pc by the way?
also what psu have you got in there? try a quieter one, look at the db ratings on some different models

I built up me a new PC one or two months ago, and I was thinking about Nexus case.. but there are few problems with them. The first very important is heat inside. There is not very good air flow inside the case, which is a problem with C2D processors,. also the case is quite expensive. finally I decide to not go for Nexus and I rather bought some classic case and the rest of money I put into silent PSU, 500W-Seasonic S12 , CPU cooler and silent fans... I am now quite satisified because the machine is now really silent..
I would go for the following
Zalman Flower CPU cooler
Silent Power supply (fanless ones are good)
Silent Max Hard Drive enclosures
Internal noise padding foam.
OR
Getting bigger fans and putting your machine into a home built case...

Yes, but be careful with the Hard Drive enclosures. - they can raise HDD temperature. Same with noise padding - it can raise the temperature inside the case.
Also when buying CPU cooler you should know what is the airflow inside the case. because you can buy nice CPU cooler but it can stop the airflow and then you will have higher temperatures than before.

It really pissed me off!
- I have a silent gfx card with dual dvi (non-gamer me)
- power supply with fans but very quiet
- thermaltake cpu cooler (nice and quiet as well)
+ regularly clean the fan + powersupply fan !!!
- never had other fans in my casing, don't see the need
- quiet samsung hdd (250 gb)
I think key factors are a quiet hdd, clean fans, quiet gfx card (passive here)
I am shure i could get it even quieter but i did't have to go to any crazy expenses to get like it is now.

Put your pc in a cupboard?
Mine's not the quietest, but I put it on the floor under my desk and I can barely hear it.

you are lucky man if you dont have problem with noises from the case... btw are you on dualcore processor?
I never had trouble with noise on my old computer,, but when I bought dualcore processor I started to face the issues of noise and temperatures in the case. so now it is must to have at least two additional fans than I had before. 1piece 12" on the front to put the air inside, and the other one 9" on the back to suck the hot air from the case. If anyone interested in nice fans, check for Noctua. they are better than Zalman and Scythe, imo.

i emailed kustompcs.co.uk about this case and using it with a core 2 duo and they said it shouldnt be a problem if i use a decent cpu cooler.
still debating but its the most silent case ive come across so far

It is up to you mate,. I just wanted to let you know about the problem that you cannot put there any cooler you want as the Nexus case is quite narrow and not everything fits there. Look at the air flow diagram
http://www.nexustechnologyusa.com/ntusa/images/nexus_breeze_ill.jpg
and then thing what will happen when you will put CPU cooler right in the center of airflow.
OK, you will add another fan on rear to suck the hot air out,.. but>
http://www.nexustechnologyusa.com/ntusa/images/breeze_detail3.jpg
there is no place for rear fan...
It is up to you what you will buy, but really before you will pay 100quid for this case think about it,. cheers

i stood my pc on a folded up towel under my desk, as its a wooden floor so it helps deaden the sound, works a treat
