I love it when DOA gets all self righteous.

Personally, I think it's obvious to anyone with a reading age of 7 or above that Daft Punk stuff relies incredibly heavily on sampling old funk records. And so what?

Next up, did you know DJ Shadow relies on a lot of samples too?

They credit everybody, they buy the rights, they do interesting stuff with it...

There are bigger crimes in music. (See Timbaland...)

i believe he produced a few tracks on bjorks new album, have'nt heard it yet but it's getting bad reviews

i agree. anyone who thinks daft punk are talentless for using blatent samples need to listen to their tunes again.
so what if the basis for harder better faster stronger is cola bottle baby, its how they used it, and the way the vocal sounds like a guitar solo is production at its best imo.

I love Daft Punk, and I have done since Homework came out.

Absolutely belting album.

Juest goes to show you can find gold in any genre, even Disco House.
