Trickly CL qualifiers for Arsenal & Liverpool

Liverpool v Toulouse (3rd in French league lst season)
Sparta Prague v Arsenal


Both got tricky ties - games you'd expect to win over two legs but def potential banana skins - especially so early in the season.

Yeah these are not easy games no doubt about that, though feel that we'll both get through to be honest...

If we the Arsenal manage a goal or two away from home i think we'll see them off at home...

I'm sure we played Sparta Prague a couple of seasons ago in the Champions league and seen them of twice so hopefully will do it again....

Can see Toulouse being the trickier of the two myself - must be a decent side to have finished third place in the French league. Obviously its not as high a standard of competition as the very top leagues in Europe but still a fairly strong league and a respecatble achievement - only Marseille and Lyon finished above them.


Sparta Prague have a wealth of European experience and will be difficult away from home but can't see them having the quality over two legs tbh.
