View Full Version : Spurs 3-0 up,can they hold on!!
It's been a great match (from my POV) Could have have about 5 or 6 more goals easy. But can we play another half of decent football!! We shall see,as it's just coming back on.

did you watch it online xes?
did you watch it online xes?
I did, first half was cracking, second half a little slower paced, but we still pwned them hard. Could have easily been 7 or 8 nil.
I had to stream it via 1 channel, and use the commentry from radio5 live as the channel had the wrong commentry on it. But it didn't matter that much (even the slight time difference)
about to watch second half of the newcastle game.

derbys defending did look shocking at times tho!! good to see some better performances from jenas and malbranc, them 2 were rubbisgh in our first 2 games!! jenus should of been shot in the everton game!!!
word on skysports site is saying we have made a 10 mill bid for riquelme!! i do pray we get him, doubt it tho

Riquelme is a class player but not sure he would settle in England. Apparantly he is a really shy person and likes family around him. And with the English weather and the no spansh speakers in the Spurs team not sure it would be a good move for him.
Athletico Madrid were also trying to sign him as they want to link him back with Forlan.
Hopefully it'll hold them in good stead for the Man U game, what with them still struggling for form! Teams have realised they can stop them the way teams tried to stop Arsenal last season, just make sure you don't leave yourself open to the counter attack and Man U will struggle to break them down.

Derby really dissapointed me at the wkend, i thought they'd have more fight about them, the space they left for Spurs to play was unbelievable!
Fair play to Spurs for taking there chances, couple good strikes by Malbronque and Bent getting his first of the season will do his confidence well..
Riquelme would be a great addition to the side also...
