Hey guys its been along time since ive been on here and I remember how much you guys are in the know ;)

My Problem is this.

I love the use of sidechaining. I moved to fruity a little while ago as it supports a fake sort of sidechaining, but although it is a great program id rather use a daw with a more sequenced layout.

I have read that most of you use cubase, and alot of you use sidechaining.

so ...........

Do you use the quadro style effect to attain it?? if so isnt it just MONO??
Or are you using a specific plugin?

I recently tried SONAR 7 as it has lovely audio routing for internal sidechaining, but i cant get the hang of the gui, its a bit of a pain.

Help and tips greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys

I have SX3 and
