Ultrafunk Plugins - Where to get them?

As the ultrafunk plugin line was aquired by cakewalk, I wonder where I can get them. Cakewalk doesn't seem to have the plugin listed, but they sell it bundled with sonar (no need to say that I don't have any use for sonar).

Where can I purchase the plugin?
