Good for them.
Broadband vendors are almost as bad as mobile phone and energy suppliers for obfuscating their business in the name of fleecing the customer.

Anyone know any freeware tools to test out and optimize your internet connection? I've read of a few of them, but also heard they are crap. I ran one once, which seemed to do very little, but rather oddly it said my connection was set up for a LAN, whereas I have wireless broadband.
Just wondering if I could be running faster than I am now by reconfiguring summat.
Any ideas?
